Chapman's Peak Drive Road Closure

Planned Maintenance for TWO WEEKS from 04/10/10 - 15/10/10

Chapman's Peak Drive will be intermittently closed from Monday, 04 Oct 2010 to Friday, 15 Oct 2010 during the hours of 09h00 to 19h00. Access to the drive will be managed by traffic controllers. On Monday, 11 Oct 2010 full road Closure will be implemented between the Look Out Point and the Noordhoek side from 19h00 - 06h00.

The closure is necessary to conduct routine maintenance on the Catch Fences in order to ensure the safety of road users. Day time passes and access to picnickers will be unaffected as far as the control point from the Hout Bay side only.
